Let’s talk ↗OUR PROCESS
A clear sequence connects your brief, the design and the finished space.
We introduce the company and design process, understand the location and area of your project, and discuss your requirements.
We review your drawings, explore your needs and preferences, and establish the design direction.
On-site inspection records room dimensions, doors, windows, light, views and existing structural conditions.
Floor plans establish functional areas, circulation, colour direction and the overall design intent.
Renderings bring the floor plans to life and help define colours, materials, furniture and other details.
Construction drawings cover floor plans, furniture dimensions, ceilings, plumbing and other technical details, with attention to applicable codes and standards.
The designer hands over the drawings on site so the construction team can resolve questions before work progresses.
Site briefings, inspections and progress reports support quality control throughout construction and finishing.
Completion inspections review the work across trades. Furnishings are placed and lighting is adjusted as part of the finishing process.
Maintenance and follow-up continue after handover.
